I think there's not other official page where you can find a picture of Zoé. If you know other site where you can use the page, please, replace it.
- Our fair use policy forbids using a non-free image if a free image could be created that could be used in its place. See criterion #1 and counter-example #8. In this case, it would be possible to create a free image; therefore this non-free image may not be used. - Yes, surely one of the band members (for instance) could provide a photo to which they have rights that they are willing to relinquish. Or the person who took this photo could be persuaded to relinquish rights, or provide another photo for which he is. "Replaceable" does not mean"easily replaceable".
