If something's notable for inclusion in one Wikipedia, it's almost invariably notable for inclusion in another, so don't worry if the French and Chinese versions are skewed towards those countries: the information is just as welcome here. If you want someone else to write it you can list it at Wikipedia:Requested articles, but I hope you understand why we can't have a page with nothing more than an external link.
