Zirakpur is a town and a nagar panchayat in Mohali district in the Indian state of Punjab. It is located near the state capital, Chandigarh. It is on the Chandigarh- Delhi highway and just south of the city. It is a couple of kilometers from the Chandigarh airport. Driving to Zirakpur from Delhi there is a right turn to go to Panchkula and onward to Simla. And a left turn to Patiala. Panchkula is 5 k.m from Zirakpur.
