ZipRealty, Inc. NASDAQ: ZIPR is a U.S. real estate company with licensed agents in 18 major metropolitan areas in twelve states. It is incorporated in Delaware and headquartered in Emeryville, California.

Areas of operation include San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Seattle, San Diego, San Jose, Sacramento, Boston, Las Vegas, the greater Washington, D.C area, Miami, Tampa, Orlando and Minneapolis.

Founded on the belief that selling or buying a home could be faster, easier and more efficient by using the Internet. ZipRealty believes that it has streamlined the real estate process and is able to pass savings on to its clients. The company went public in 2004.
