Zhou Ji (Simplified Chinese: 周济; Traditional Chinese: 周濟; pinyin: Zhōu Jì), (born 26 August 1946), is the education minister of the People's Republic of China.

Zhou Ji is a Shanghai native, and attended Qinghua University in Beijing. Zhou also acquired a doctorate from the University at Buffalo in the USA.

UB Distinguished Alumnus Zhou Ji (Ph.D., 84, M.S.'81) was appointed Minister of Education of the People's Republic of China (PRC) on March 17, during the 10th National People's Congress (NPC) in Beijing. Zhou had served as Vice Minister of Education since May 2002.
