Zhou Bichang (Chinese: 周笔畅, born 1985-07-26) is a Chinese singer from Changsha. She was the second winner in Super Girl. She came second to Li Yuchun, and preceded Zhang Liangying. Her voice has been juxtaposed to Lee-Hom Wang as she covered some of his songs during the contest.
