The Zensufi are a fictional mystical group from the Dune series by Frank Herbert. The name "Zensufi" comes from the words Zen, a form of Buddhist mysticism, and Sufism, a form of Islamic mysticism. Herbert includes quotes from the Zensufi in his books such as this one (from Chapterhouse: Dune):

"Uproot your questions from their ground and the dangling roots will be seen. More questions!" -(Mentat Zensufi admonition)
