Zenon Jankowski (b. November 22, 1937 in Poznań, Poland) is a retired Polish pilot, colonel of the Polish Army and cosmonaut.

Jankowski was selected as backup cosmonaut of Mirosław Hermaszewski for the Soyuz 30 mission.
