[edit] d20 Modern (Thunderball Rally)Hi, Jesse. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, but we cannot accept copyrighted text, such as the paragraphs on "Thunderball Rally" that you added to d20 Modern. Perhaps you'd like to rewrite the text in your own words. Thanks and happy editing! Powers 02:08, 12 February 2006 (UTC) [edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Blackstone-fortresses.jpgThanks for uploading Image:Blackstone-fortresses.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy). I am a bot, and I am writing to you with a request. I would like to ask you, if possible, to use edit summaries a bit more often when you contribute. The reason an edit summary is important is because it allows your fellow contributors to understand what you changed; you can think of it as the "Subject:" line in an email. For your information, your current edit summary usage is 7% for major edits and 3% for minor edits. (Based on the last 114 major and 88 minor edits in the article namespace.) This is just a suggestion, and I hope that I did not appear impolite. You do not need to reply to this message, but if you would like to give me feedback, you can do so at the feedback page. Thank you, and happy edits, Mathbot 23:01, 2 March 2006 (UTC) [edit] Image:Tlei fleshvat thumb.gif listed for deletionAn image or media file that you uploaded, Image:Tlei fleshvat thumb.gif, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. [edit] Edits to Xenomorph (Alien)Hi, regarding your edits to Xenomorph (Alien): I appreciate your edit to this article here, but I would like you to please cite your sources. You did state that "ALIEN-FUZION RPG" is the source for these statements, but I cannot find them anywhere. Can you help me locate this book, if it even is abook; I generally require the ISBN number. If it is not a book, and was found here, then sadly I cannot accept this as a source becuase it is fan and original research: that is, help that you have received yourself and have no sources for. Thanks very much. Kilo-Lima|(talk) 17:31, 30 March 2006 (UTC) [edit] SentinelsI'm not sure, but maybe the new sentinels you refer to at the List of programs and machines in the Matrix series are the Runners. I won't revert it because, as said above, I am not sure. Just checking. Thanks for helping improve the articles. -- VdSV9•♫ 12:09, 24 April 2006 (UTC) [edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Outlands.jpgThanks for uploading Image:Outlands.jpg. Thanks for uploading Image:Outlands.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then there needs to be an argument why we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then it needs to be specified where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page. If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, consider reading fair use, and then use a tag such as {{fairusein|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use. If you have uploaded other media, consider checking that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Rory096 21:34, 1 May 2006 (UTC) [edit] this means you???Jesse, i'm not trying to be a jerk or anything, but I heard that you were placing threats on the Ed Edd 'n' Eddy page to other editors. please stop this. no user has the right to issue threats, and the page is open to anyone who wants to edit it. i'm not trying to be a jerk, i'm just telling you. [edit] Matrix StoryNice read, but there were a few flaws in it that contradicted the canon of the films as well as common science.
Still... was a nice read. Enigmatical 22:47, 28 May 2006 (UTC) [edit] Image Tagging for Image:674370.jpgThanks for uploading Image:674370.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well. For more information on using images, see the following pages: This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 17:04, 3 June 2006 (UTC) [edit] HiThe article you created, Neanderthal theory of the autism spectrum, was voted for deletion on October 16 2005 (see [[1]]. [edit] Talk page vandalismWelcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism, and if you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. Chris Cunningham 11:39, 15 July 2006 (UTC)[edit] SangiovanniSangiovanni has been proposed for deletion. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page. [edit] Planescape: Torment MergerWhy did you merge Planescape: Torment, List of characters in Planescape: Torment and The Nameless One (making Planescape: Torment extremely long)? That kind of drastic changes need to be passed in a vote - where there such a vote? I, for one, believe it was better as it was earlier, and didn't get to vote against the change. (And, as there was no link in the merged articles to the discussion, neither did the rest of the editors) --Yuval Madar 15:23, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] License tagging for Image:MBLogo.gifThanks for uploading Image:MBLogo.gif. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images. For more information on using images, see the following pages: This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 01:08, 10 November 2006 (UTC) [edit] Template:Trinity Blood External links and Template:Trinity BloodMay I ask what you're trying to accomplish with these templates?
