Eight years after they were founded in 1975, New Orleans via Long Island heavy metal/hard rock band Zebra released their he eponymous debut, Zebra, in 1983. The album features all original material, with the exception of "Slow Down," a Little Richard cover. It is generally considered the band's strongest work, featuring minor hits "Tell Me What You Want" and "Who's Behind The Door?".
