Zaxby's is a franchised chain of fast casual restaurants that operates in the southeastern United States.[1] In this chain there are about 350 locations.[2] The first Zaxby's was opened in Statesboro, Georgia. [3] Its menu is built around high quality buffalo wings and chicken fingers, including them on platters, in sandwiches, and on salads.[4] Some of their popular entrees are the "Wings and Things", which includes wings and chicken fingers, and the "Big Zax Snak", which includes three chicken strips and toast. Crinkle-cut fries are included in each meal. Zaxby's serves soft drinks in the Coca-Cola family. The dining rooms at Zaxby's restaurants are decorated with assorted whimsical objects and posters, which often vary in theme by location, and occasionally are regionally aware. For instance, at one location in Gainesville, Florida, there are objects related to the University of Florida Gators used as decorations.
