Zawisza Czerwony

Zawisza Czerwony alias Zawisza Oleśnicki (d. 1433; lit. Zawisza the Red or Zawisza of Oleśnica) was a Polish mediaeval knight and member of the royal administration. A lower judge for Sandomierz, for his services to king Jadwiga of Poland he was awarded with a large estate in Sącz, which however he sold to the town council for the creation of a hospital there.
