Zasterisk is a translation of the classic text adventure game Zork using voice recognition and speech synthesis software. Players can play the game over their phone using voice commands, and the results are read back by a text-to-voice synthesis program.
Written by Simon Ditner using Asterisk and the Festival Speech Synthesis System, as of June 2006 the program is currently in beta testing and is free to use.
