Zantman's Rock

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Zantman's Rock is located 34 miles to the west of the Land's End, Cornwall, near the Isles of Scilly (six miles away) and is barely visible on the surface of the waters. It is 2 miles north of Bishop's Rock Lighthouse. Between Zantman and Bishop's Rock Lighthouse are the Crim Rocks.

Zantman's Rock has been the cause of at least one famous shipwreck: the Susanna, on August 14 1913. The wreckage still lies on the southwestern side of Zantman's Rock.
