Zaid al-Rifai

Zaid al-Rifai served as Prime Minister of Jordan twice (May 26, 1973 - July 13, 1976) and (April 4, 1985 and April 27, 1989). His Second Prime Minstery is the longest in Jordanian History, he held the title for 4 years and 23 days. His total time in the position is 7 years, 2 months and 11 days, again the longest in jordanian history.
