[edit] Screenshots

Thanks for all the wonderful stuff you've been adding! I just wanted to ask, when adding screenshots of Spectrum games in the future, would you mind prefixing the filename with "ZX" in caps (e.g. "ZX 3D Deathchase") as well as including the images in Category:ZX Spectrum game screenshots? Thanks! (We could have opted for a "Sinclair" or "Spectrum" prefix instead, but it seems everyone went with ZX.) --StuartBrady 01:12, 22 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] 3D Deathchase

Thanks for your updates to the 3D Deathchase article, although I'm a little sceptical with your comment about Stuart Campbell. The number 1 placement in the article refers to an article that appeared in one of the later issues of Your Sinclair shortly before it closed up shop in 1993. If memory serves, Campbell left Your Sinclair in around '91 to work for Amiga Power, and AFAIK he was a major contributor to a "Top 100 Games for the Amiga", but I don't think he participated in defining the top 100 for YS - I think this was done by poll. Do you have any info that states otherwise? Jamyskis Whisper, Contribs Germany 12:18, 27 January 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for the kind words. I'm pretty sure it was Stu Campbell who came up with the YS Top 100 (there was also a readers poll top 100, I think) and has a page devoted to it on his website. I'll take a look tonight to clarify, though. Zagrebo 12:34, 27 January 2006 (UTC)
My bad! The top 100 I read was in issue 93, when Campbell was indeed no longer a part of YS, but the article was essentially a short summary of a series of articles done by him in 1991 and 1992 for YS. So you got it right the first time! Jamyskis Whisper, Contribs Germany 13:58, 27 January 2006 (UTC)
