Paulo Batista Nsimba (born 10 December 1983 in Luanda, Angola), nicknamed Zé Kalanga, is an Angolan football winger who played for Petro Atletico.

He is a member of the national team, and was called up to the 2006 World Cup. He was voted for man of the match against Iran when he crossed the ball to team-mate Flávio.

Zé Kalanga was chosen the best Angolan player of 2005. For his good performance in Germany 2006 World Cup Ze Kalanga moved to Romanian giants Dinamo Bucureşti, where he scored his first goal against rivals Rapid Bucureşti.

Prior to Ze Kalanga's move to the Divizia A he had offers from Blackburn Rovers, Boavista FC, RCD Espanyol, PSG and Lille.

His debut for Angola was against Powerhouse Nigeria.
