[edit] Mop

Mop is a program I'm writing in Yabasic. It takes a local file (stored on hard drive) in Wikipedia syntax and neatens the syntax. At the moment it is still very experimental, and has some major pitfalls and lots more cases to cleanup (that will follow, probably with the different syntax proposals decided by consensus). However, I expect it will improve over time to become a very useful tool that is absolutely bugless (wishful thinking, I know).

I am not releasing it just yet (it's in a total mess with stray comments all over the place, and no, this isn't an understatement), but will do so upon request.

[edit] Requests for pages to be mopped

Simple! Just add the page name and sign to the list below, using the syntax:

* [[PAGENAME]] ~~~~

Thanks!

[edit] Syntax consensus

This is where any user can say whether they like a syntax standard for Mop or not. Simple vote "Support" or "Oppose" to whether you like the suggested standard. The standard will stay open for 3 days before closing and a majority vote will decide. If both sides are even then the syntax will be used as a standard.

The suggested standard at the moment is: "Add spaces after ":"'s, "*"'s, and "#"'s at the beginning of the line." 03:53, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

Please add your votes below using the syntax:

* '''Support/Oppose''' ~~~~
