Yuri Nikolayevich Glazkov (born October 2, 1939 in Moscow, Russian SFSR) was a USSR cosmonaut.
he graduated from Kharkov Military Engineering High School. in 1962, he received the candidate of technical sciences degree
He was selected as a cosmonaut on October 23, 1965, flew as Flight Engineer on Soyuz 24 and retired on January 26, 1982.
in 1974, doctorate degree of technical sciences.
in 1989, first Deputy Chief of Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center and retired in May 2000.
Yuri Glazkov is married and has two children.
