Yukhym Leonidovych Zvyahilsky (Ukrainian: Юхим Леонідович Звягільський, in Russian: Efim Zvyagilsky) was appointed acting Prime Minister of Ukraine on September 22, 1993.

He fulfilled these duties until Vitaly Masol was confirmed as prime minister in June 1994. He is currently a member of the Verkhovna Rada (parliament) and owner of the Zasyadko Coal Mine in the Donetsk Oblast.
