[edit] Welcome from Redwolf24
Welcome!
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. We as a community are glad to have you and thank you for creating a user account! Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The Five Pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Editing, policy, conduct, and structure tutorial
- Picture tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Naming conventions
- Manual of Style
- Merging, redirecting, and renaming pages
- If you're ready for the complete list of Wikipedia documentation, there's also Wikipedia:Topical index.
Yes some of the links appear a bit boring at first, but they are VERY helpful if you ever take the time to read them.
Remember to place any articles you create into a category so we don't get orphans.
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, please be sure to sign your name on Talk and vote pages using four tildes (~~~~) to produce your name and the current date, or three tildes (~~~) for just your name. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my Talk page. Again, welcome.

P.S. I like messages :-P
- Hi, YSC Fan, I saw your post to Redwolf24's page, and since he's away right now, I thought I'd drop by and help you out. To add a category link to a page, you just need to add [[Name]] to the bottom of the article, replacing "Name" with the name of the category. If you have other questions, feel free to ask me or Redwolf24. (Oh, also, don't forget to sign your posts to talk pages with ~~~~) -- Essjay · Talk 09:54, July 15, 2005 (UTC)

Hello! Could you add a source for this image? I noticed that it had been tagged, and new rules mean that it gets deleted seven days after up-loading if no source has been given.
[edit] Messages
Depending on which ISP you have, your IP may be used by many other individuals. If so, then it is most lilkely them, rather than you, that the messages are intended for. As long as you do all your editing while logged in, don't worry about messages to IP pages. -- Essjay · Talk 23:10, 24 September 2005 (UTC)
