Youth-Adult partnership is the concept of Youth and Adults working together, as partners. Ideally, this partnership will not be overtaken by either Youth or Adults, and both will be conscious of Power dynamics. Youth-Adult partnerships are often set up with Adults serving primarily advisory roles, as in YRUU.
