Youssef Boutros Ghali (يوسف بطرس غالي) is the Minister of Finance in Egypt since 2004. He went to the Jésuites high school in Cairo and graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1980. His uncle is Boutros Boutros Ghali, former Secretary-General of the United Nations.
