Young Team (also known as Mogwai Young Team) is the first full-length studio album by Scottish post-rock band Mogwai. It is their most critically acclaimed album, never surpassed in the minds of many fans. This album features exaggerated dynamic contrast more prominently than most of their following work. The album employs somewhat limited instrumentation, consisting mostly of guitars, bass, percussion, and piano.

"Summer (Priority Version)" is here in a notably different arrangement from "Summer" as it appeared on the earlier Ten Rapid compilation. The album concludes with "Mogwai Fear Satan", a lengthy instrumental that sets the band's feedback- and distortion-driven guitar textures against a quiet flute part. Despite the ambitious technical requirements of performing the song, it became a frequent part of Mogwai's live concerts.

Young Team is listed at #97 on Pitchfork Media's top 100 albums of the 1990s.

The Japanese sign on the cover reads "Fuji Bank", and was created by Brendon O'Hare and Neale Smith.
