You Already Knew is the second single to be lifted from Rain’s album Rain Vol 2, 알면서 (English title, You Already Knew). It was released shortly after the successful first single, 태양을 피하는 방법 (English title, Avoiding The Sun). The single was only released within Korea. A commercial single was never released.

An official music video was never made. However there was a promotional music video created during the release of Rain's current Korean drama that was airing at that time in South Korea.
