Written and produced by Stock, Aitken and Waterman it was the first and only number one single for the Liverpudlian singer. The song helped cap a phenomenally successful summer for Stock, Aitken and Waterman, becoming the sixth number one single they'd been involved in in 1989.
The Australian group, Young Divas, covered this song on their debut album in 2006.
