Is there a specific Wiki site for audio media, and if so, should the Halt Tape be uploaded to it? Freedom of Information Act methods of acquiring it would seem to make it public domain. --Chr.K. 18:49, 17 May 2006 (UTC)

Wikimedia Commons would be the place you're looking for, though I'd double check on the copyright status of those tapes first. --InShaneee 18:23, 27 September 2006 (UTC)
