Yosri Fouda

Born in Egypt, Yosri Fouda initially worked for the BBC's short-lived Arabic-subsidiary covering the ongoing struggle in Bosnia with veteran reporter Martin Bell before joining the newly-forming Al Jazeera in 1996.

He later took on a side job teaching at the Cairo University.
