Yosif Feigelson

Yosif Feigelson is a renowned Latvian-born concert cellist living in the United States.

Feigelson is a former student of Mstislav Rostropovich and Natalia Gutman, and the prize winner of Tchaikovsky and J.S. Bach International competitions. He performs as a soloist across the U.S. and Europe. Feigelson has recorded unique 24 Preludes and four solo sonatas of Mieczyslaw Weinberg (1919-1996) for the Olympia label.
