Yosef Ben-Jochannan (born 1918) is an African-American historian known for his Afrocentric views. Ben-Jochannan, also known as Dr. Ben, is an author of numerous books, primarily on ancient Nile Valley civilizations and their impact to Western cultures. Dr. Ben lives in New York City.
