[edit] Story
Hideki, A high school professor, drives with his wife Ayaka and daughter Nana to a payphone where he can jack his laptop in to send an e-mail. While in the booth, he finds a newspaper clipping telling of his daughter's death. It leaves him baffled and afraid. Meanwhile, his wife comes to see what he's up to, she notices that a truck hits the car with their daughter inside. Ayaka runs to the car only to find that the car catches on fire and explodes minutes later. After the incedent, Hideki continues to see the newspaper everywhere. Each time it tells of something else tragic that will happen. He becomes obsessed with the future telling paper. Later on in the movie, he develops the ability to set back time to when the accident happened, only to find that each time he tries to prevent it, someone else dies. This is a very similar idea to the film The Butterfly Effect, and possibly inspired it. In the end Hideki discovers that he cannot change what has happened for the better and eventually, while trying to prevent his daughter's death, he succeeds; but dies in the car as it explodes after saving Nana and Ayaka.
