Yoel Rephaeli is one of the leading experts on the topic of SZ effect (this is demonstrated by searching "Sunyaev Zeldovich" in google Scholar- his review article comes first). The SZ effect is an extremely important topic in cosmology due to its implications in the formation of the present universe. Therefore, I believe he should be included in Wikipedia

Fair enough, he seems to be genuine, I'm removing the tag, though I'm adding the stub tag back, it's hardly an exhaustive article as it is. Equendil 16:55, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
