I think your project might be a bit too specific right now, particularly considering that there is not even a more general project for the Northwest Territories overall yet. However, someone else has recently set up an umbrella project at the location above where they might be able to help you establish a more appealing project page, publicize it, etc. I really think a more generalized project for the Northwest Territories overall would be of infinite value both to Canadian wikipedians and wikipedia as a whole though. Thanks for uploading Image:Operation bulldog 1.png. The image description page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use.
