Yeung Kai Yin CBE JP (Chinese: 楊啟彥, born 1941) was Secretary for Education and Manpower, Secretary for Transport and Secretary for the Treasury of Hong Kong. After retiring from the government he served as chairman and chief executive of Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation.
