[edit] Russian name in title

Can the people who blank this please explain their grievences here. --Kuban Cossack 10:14, 11 June 2006 (UTC)

The official form is Yerevanskiy Metropoliten (Ереванский Метрополитен). The conventional short form ist Yerevanskoye Metro (Ереванское Метро). I think the official form preferable. Ulf-S. 19:02, 16 September 2006 (UTC)

True as it may be, but Metropoliten refers to the actual operating body (wether its a private/state own company or whatever), Metro on the other hand is the broad term reffering to the whole system, hence it is correct. One could add a paragraph or two about the admin status of the Yerevan Metro, a topic in which I lack knowledge... --Kuban Cossack 12:47, 29 September 2006 (UTC)
