Yellow Bird

Yellow Bird
Yellow Bird was a chief of the Walla Walla tribe. He was present during the 1855 treaty council. He was later killed and mutilated that same year by Oregon Volunteers during the Battle of Walla Walla, where he was negotiating under a truce.
