Yelena, or Elena, Produnova (born on February 15, 1980) is a female Russian gymnast, living in Rostov-on-Don. She won a silver medal in the team competition and a bronze medal in the beam competition at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney. She is known for her innovative and powerful skills on the vault and floor exercise.

Yelena overcame a heel injury early on in her elite career in 1996, as well as an ankle injury in 1998. The same year she qualified 1st at the 1998 Russian Nationals and finished 5th in the All-Around and 3rd on the vault. During the '98 Cottbus Elena finished 2nd on the vault, 1st on the balance beam, and 2nd on the floor. At the 1999 University Games she won vault and beam titles, and also finished 2nd in the AA and first in the team competition. She again won the all around title at the Russian Nationals in 2000.

She has two skills named for her in the Gymnastics Code of Points:

Produnova's favorite gymnasts are Elena Shushunova, Alexei Nemov and Svetlana Boginskaya.
