- The Yavapai-Apache Nation near Camp Verde, AZ and
- The Yavapai-Prescott Tribe at Prescott, AZ.
- Yavapai College, a community college in Prescott, Arizona
- Yavapai County in central Arizona was named for the Native Americans of the area.
- Yavapai is also the Yuman language spoken by the Yavapai people.
