Yarra Junction is a town located east of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, along the Warburton Highway. It is located 66 km by road from Melbourne's central business district, and is about 27 km east of Lilydale, generally considered the eastern boundary of greater Melbourne. Yarra Junction was the junction station for the Powelltown Tramway, a three foot gauge line, between 1913 and 1945.

Its Local Government Area is the Shire of Yarra Ranges.
