Yang Enterprises

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Yang Enterprises, Inc. (YEI) was founded in 1986 by Dr. Tyng-Lin (Tim) Yang as an engineering consulting firm. The company primarily served the petroleum industry in these early years by providing new designs for retail sale sites and systems. This work continues today and many customers have recognized and engaged YEI talent in new design ventures.

In 1993, Dr. Li-Woan (Lee) Yang joined the company and added his capabilities in information technology to the company. Dr. Lee Yang, in fact, was a software/system analyst for nearly 10 years at NASA's Kennedy Space Center (KSC). Shortly after joining the company, Dr. Lee Yang assumed responsibility as President/CEO and has led the company through a period of significant growth in professional services. They currently employ over 350 employees operating out of their headquarters in Oviedo, Florida, and in project sites located at KSC, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Patrick Air Force Base, Tallahassee, and NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, Huntsville, Alabama. The company is now structured into four divisions: Information Technology, Applied Engineering, Technical Education, and Advanced Products.
