The image's REPRODUCTION, without the Artist's license, IS ALLOWED in all other cases, especially for referential purposes in text-books, magazine and newspaper articles, and web-sites, provided that: a) Credit is explicitly given to the Artist. b) The Artist is notified. c) The Artist is provided with a copy of the referencing text if this last is distributed in printed or in CD form.
