If Israel has not confirmed its role in the killing of Ayash, how do the authors know that the Shin Bet was responsible?

Moreover, I know for sure the Shin Bet didn't kill him, inasmuch, I'm responsible for his death (and DAMN PROUD of that). I suggest using only hardcore facts we doubtlessly know (and can publish).
