Yaakov Ben-Yezri (Hebrew:יעקב בן-יזרי) (born: 1928) is an Israeli Knesset member, number two on Gil's list.

Ben Yezri was born in Morocco. He is the chairman of the Central Pensioners' Fund. He is former national chairman of the Health Funds' Workers Organization and chairman of the Health Funds' Pensioners Organization, and has served on the Pardes Hanna-Karkur regional council.

Ben Yezri is known as one of the foremost experts on pension funds and healthcare in Israel. He was voted to the 17th Knesset in the legislative election of 2006. As of May 4, 2006, he the Minister of Health.
