XYZnetworks owns, operates and distributes eleven of the leading subscription television channels in Australia. XYZnetworks is jointly owned by Foxtel and Austar. Based in Sydney, they have 170 employees, with offices in North Ryde and North Sydney.

XYZnetworks is responsible for a group of high profile channels on the subscription TV platform in Australia. These channels being Arena, Channel V, Club [V], MAX, Country Music Channel, The Lifestyle Channel, Lifestyle Food, The Weather Channel, Discovery Channel, Nickelodeon and Nick Jr..

With a total audience of approximately 4 million people, they produce 1,500 hours of local content each year, more than any other television company in Australia [1].
