Xu Yongyue

Xu Yongyue is the Minister of State Security of the People's Republic of China (since 1998) and member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) (since 2002).

He was born in Zhenping County in Henan Province in 1942. He graduated from Beijing People's Public Security School. He joined the CPC in 1972.
