Xu

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Xu can be a pinyin transliteration of one of several Chinese surnames:

  1. 徐 (pinyin Xú, also spelled Hsu or Tsui or Eu)
  2. 許 (traditional) or 许 (simplified), (pinyin Xǔ, also spelled Hui or Hii)

In this context it is pronounced somewhat like Shoo or simply Shh.
