XM Preview

XM Preview, located on channel 1 on XM Satellite Radio, is a promotional channel advertising the XM service. The channel is preset on new units and store displays in order to advertise XM to potential customers, as well as to notify current customers as to events on other channels. As a promotional channel, it is available from any XM radio without a subscription.
