Empress Xiao Hui Zhang (Chinese: 孝惠章皇后博尔吉济特氏, 仁宪皇太后) (1641 - 1717) was the second Empress Consort of the Qing Dynasty Shun Zhi Emperor of China. Empress Xiao Hui Zhang was of the Manchu Borjigin clan. When the Kang Xi Emperor ascended the throne, Borjigin was made Dowager Empress, although she was not the biological mother to the new Emperor. Borjigin died in 1717 aged 77.

Her full posthumous name was:

  • "Empress Xiao Hui Ren Xian Duan Yi Ci Shu Gong An Chun De Shun Tian Yi Sheng Zhang"
  • (Chinese: 孝惠仁宪端懿慈淑恭安纯德顺天翼圣章皇后)
