I recently left a proposed banner idea on the WikiProject Disambiguation talk page and I would appreciate any input you could provide. category:entheogens is for things used traditionally as entheogens, so newer shulgin chems pretty much don't fit that criteria. any hallucinogen can be used as an entheogen, we reasoned, so it's a rather unnecessary category unless it is limited to those used traditionally. as to whether or not these fit the empathogen-entactogen criteria, i'm not really sure; i think we decided at some point to put essentially all of the non-amphetamine (or not primarily amphetamine-like in effect) phenethylamines into the empathogen-entactogen category, with the exception of mescaline and maybe a couple others. So if you don't believe they belong there, perhaps they don't; feel free to remove them or ask someone else. cheers --heah 17:37, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
