WYMS (88.9 FM) is a non-commercial radio station licensed to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and serving the Milwaukee metropolitan area. The broadcast license is owned by Milwaukee Public Schools, but as of December 2004, the station is being operated by a non-profit group called Radio For Milwaukee.
WYMS currently runs a mostly automated non-commercial syndicated jazz format, but plans are currently in the works to change to an eclectic music format. The often-delayed debut of the new format is currently scheduled for November 2006.
